#1 VoluMill toolpath for CAMWorks
Using the VoluMill toolpath, the user can program roughing toolpaths that will vastly decrease the cycle time for each part while improving the tool’s life. Its physics-based approach removes material faster and, in less time, than most other high-efficiency toolpaths.
#2 Color-based Macro for CAMWorks
The Color-based Macro available from Hawk Ridge Systems allows the user to add the color of the part’s features as an additional parameter in the already extensive Automatic Feature Recognition. Using the Color-based Macro allows you to get around the lack of incoming part data associated with importing parts from other CAD software.
#3 Setup Sheet Generator for CAMWorks
Hawk Ridge’s Setup Sheet Generator uses the programmer’s custom-made setup sheet and creates a document that automatically collects data from the CAM part file. The templates used in our generator are easier to customize compared to the standard CAMWorks ones and can include more information.
